Mike Stephens, founder of Stephens Painting, started the company in 1983 to be the best painting contractor in DFW. In 2002, Mike asked his great friend, and now Partner John Neeley to join him in the business with the vision to grow. With John’s background in construction and sales, together, the duo transformed a primarily residential painting company into one of the most trusted residential, commercial, and industrial painting and coatings contractors in Texas, blossoming from a small, one-crew painting outfit to a powerhouse team able to take on even the largest home, commercial and industrial re-paint projects.
